Judicial Board

The Judicial Board is the head of the Judicial Branch in Student Government. They are responsible for interpreting the Governing Documents, the rules that establish the structures and procedures of the organization. The Board handles both questions of interpretation and adjudicating alleged violations of the Governing Documents. The Board has the final say on how to interpret the rules of student government, and plays an important role as a check and balance on both the Executive and Legislative branches.

The Board is comprised of five (5) students: two (2) are appointed by the Speaker of the Undergraduate Senate, two (2) by the President, and the fifth member serves as the Chair of the Board who is jointly appointed by both the Speaker and the President. *All appointments are confirmed by the Undergraduate Senate.
