Salvatore Cottone is a rising senior political science and sustainability undergraduate. He first took office in January 2023 as Senator for the Campus At-Large and became Speaker pro tempore last fall. He was elected Comptroller in March 2024. Sal has the honor to serve as the Student Representative on the American University Sustainability Advisory Board. A fun fact about Sal is that he is proficient in 3 languages, and his favorite dish is the famous stuffed pasta tortellini.
